Leszek Mozdzer, an outstanding Polish composer, pianist and music producer has recorded in Alvernia Studios film score for “The Land of Oblivion” directed by Michale Boganim. It is an international co-production, the first feature film about the world’s largest nuclear disaster in Chernobyl,  starring  Olga Kurylenko (“007 Quantum of Solace“) and Andrzej Chyra (“The Collector”All That I Love”). Polish co-producer is Apple Film Production.

Tadeusz Mieczkowski, an exquisite score recordist, is delighted with the atmosphere and working conditions at Alvernia:

“Here everything is in place, great audio monitoring system, excellent acoustics and professional  service. I feel completely safe here. Here I have everything I need to work.”

Musicians and recordist have worked in air-conditioned studio featuring an adjustable acoustic system, which allows the reverb time to be varied. Control Room in Alvernia is provided with a large-format mixing console AMS Neve 88R with Encore Plus automation. (http://www.alvernia.com/music-scoring-studio)

Working conditions at Alvernia are suitable to record everything– Leszek Mozdzer says – but the most important is the studio’s team. They create such a good atmosphere to work. An equipment without professional crew would be nothing.”

Leszek Mozdzer has played the piano Steinway & Sons Model D, owned by Alvernia Studios . His band included: Dawid Fortuna – drums, Sebastian Wypych – contrabass, Piotr Dziubek – accordion and Sławomir Berny – percussion.
